How does the tablescape rental work?

It is easy! Click on book online. Choose your preferred event date. (Keep in mind that the box will arrive the day before or on your event date. Someone over 18 years old must be present during the delivery and set up process. Fill in the form with your details and desired tablescape look. Confirmation will be sent to you within a few hours of booking. An invoice will be raised for the rental amount and £50 security deposit will be added. The invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours of the invoice being sent . The minimum time we require to place an order is 3 days to your event date. In this case the entire balance and deposit would need to be paid upon receipt of the invoice, same day booking is confirmed.

What if I have to cancel?

If you cancel 30 or more days in advance of the delivery date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund for the order. If you cancel less than thirty days, but more than 7 days in advance of the delivery date, you will receive a credit to your account for the rental fee. All credits can be applied to any future rental. If you cancel  7 or fewer days in advance of the delivery date no refund or credit will be issued for the rental. You will however be refunded the £50 security deposit. 

What is your policy for damaged products?

The £50 security deposit is there for this very reason. If any item is damaged, broken, or stained beyond what is normal wear and tear from using the products, minor stains, light scratches, then you will be invoiced for the full cost of the repair of replacement of the item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and cash.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver locally within a 15 mile radius for free. If you live outside the 15 mile radius and up to 20 miles, a small delivery and pickup  fee of £20 will be added to your invoice. You can use this link to see if you live within our 20 mile servicing area. Just enter Crawley for location and 20 in miles and see if you fall within the maps highlighted circle. If in doubt do get in touch.

What is included with the rental tablescape?

Everything included is  listed under each tablescape look description. Your invoice will also list each and every item you receive.

Are your flowers real? Can I choose real flowers?

Although real flowers are beautiful, their scent can sometimes interfere with food and we recommend faux florals. The are of the highest quality, and provide a cost effective and realistic look. If you insist on using real flowers, this can be arranged and discussed for an additional fee. We do have a preferred local florist we use in this case.

Can I use my own real candles?

Unfortunately, we only allow the use of the wax LED candles we provide. they have a real wax feel, come with new batteries and provide an amazing realistic glow without the mess of dripping wax. This prevents damage to our holders and to the table linens.


When will I get my tablescape delivered and collected? Do I need to be in?

We aim to deliver the day before your event or on the day if you prefer. These details can be agreed upon once your booking is confirmed. We can deliver anytime from 7am-8pm., you must be home, and be over 18, to receive the delivery and also when the look is collected. We will collect the day after your event. 

Are there any restrictions in terms of parking or stairs?

We require free parking as close to your event location as possible. There are no other restrictions.

Do I have to wash the dishes?

Perhaps the best part of this amazing rental service is NO! you do not need to do any washing up of the tablescape dinnerware. If for any reason something is used and you want to use it for another food item, we kindly ask that you hand wash it only. 

How is the hygiene of the pieces handled?

We use the recommended superior hygiene sanitation cycle at the required temperature of , 70°C /158°F, ensuring superior cleaning above UK standards. We then use gloved hands to immediately package your items in shrink wrap. They then are ready for delivery, where they will be unpacked with gloved hands.

Do you set up the tablescape for me? 

Unlike other tablescape services, we do not charge an additional fee to set up your look. This service is included. We do require a 1 hour time slot for delivery and setup, and someone over 18 must be present.

Can I mix and match items from other looks?

Yes and no. Some settings are limited in number or may be on loan to someone else. We will however try to make your vision possible and bespoke service is available. In the menu bar click on , Bespoke, to get in touch.

Can I use my own tablecloth?

Absolutely! It is your event and we understand you may want to add a special touch. We can work around your request.

Do you offer round tablecloths?

At the moment, we only have rectangular tablecloths. Each look also offers placemats and charger plates, which look fabulous on a naked table.

Your place cards are blank and I have terrible handwriting, can you fill in my guests' name for me?

Yes, for an additional fee of £1 pp. we can handwrite your place cards. Names must be submitted via email with 24 hours of your event.

How do I get ready for you to collect the tablescape. 

We ask that you scrape all food off plates and cutlery, and discard all liquids from cups. Then you simply place them back in their allocated boxes/ crate, and we will do the rest. Upon collection we will inspect that all items are in good condition. We will then ask you to sign the collection form. If all is ok, your security deposit will be returned to you. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you may purchase a gift card directly on our site. They come in denominations of £50, £75, or £100. They can be used for the excluve products in our online store or for tablescape rentals.
